Consumer guarantee

A secure investment and stress-free enjoyment are assured with the manufacturer's 5-year warranty, which doesn't undermine the consumer's legal rights concerning all components of the products available on our website. The legal warranty ensures that post-purchase, your product will and should perform as reasonably expected by you as a consumer.

1 year warranty on moving and/or electrical parts. 

To maintain conformity and warranty, it is necessary to adhere to the assembly manual and refrain from installing the products in areas with extreme snow pressure exceeding 800 N/M2 (such as the Alps) and/or in regions with extreme wind speeds surpassing 32 m/s (such as certain parts of Scotland, wind zone 4 in Germany) or open areas within 5km proximity to open water.

Powder coating guarantee

Exposure to weather elements like sunlight and rain causes degradation in almost everything. Similarly, powder coating also deteriorates over time, influenced by various environmental factors such as hours of sunshine. This degradation is considered normal wear and tear, and no specific guarantee covers it. Should there be any issues beyond normal wear and tear with the powder coating, feel free to contact us.

The warranty applies solely if at least 5% of the concerned part displays defects other than regular wear and tear. These defects must be discernible to the naked eye from a distance of at least 3 meters. Any compensation granted under this warranty is subject entirely to Hallstock's discretion, following this phased reimbursement schedule:

  • Within 1 year after delivery: maximum reimbursement is 100% of the purchase price.
  • Within 2 years after delivery: maximum reimbursement is 80% of the purchase price.
  • Within 3 years after delivery: maximum reimbursement is 60% of the purchase price.
  • Within 4 years after delivery: maximum reimbursement is 40% of the purchase price.
  • Within 5 years after delivery: maximum reimbursement is 20% of the purchase price.
  • After 5 years from delivery: no reimbursement will be provided.
